Jacking: The Easiest Way To Fortify Wine

During the civil war the Confederate Government wanted to tax whiskey for the war effort. This they did. They also wanted tax money for jacking wine (what a cheap shot). Jacking wine and weaker spirts has been around since the pyamids. It has been illegal to make in the US for 100 years. It's a very simple and inexpensive way of making booze from wine. I'm certain you've heard of apple jack, no not the cereal, heres the recipe.
Pour the wine or spirt into a wide mouth plastic container. Deep freeze this for 2 days. It has to be very cold. Most of the water will freeze but alcohol will not. Remove the chunk of ice from the middle pour back into the glass bottle and drink. Jacked drinks are naturally cloudy so son't let that deter you. You will be enjoying the same jack as Washington and Jefferson.
