A lighter
Your hands
All you do is break your weed up like you are going to roll it into a joint. Now, just place it in a pile on the ground and light it. Place your hands around it to form a chamber. All you need to do is hold your mouth over the pile and inhale. I got this idea after my friend lit a pile of discarded blunt tobacco and smoked it.
